NEW DELHI: India captain MS Dhoni's wife Sakshi tweeted a picture of their newborn baby daughter Ziva holding her finger.
This is the first picture of the baby released by the Dhoni family.
Ziva was born on February 6 at a private hospital in Gurgaon, almost a month earlier than the she was due.
Sakshi took to twitter to reveal the baby's name. She tweeted: 'Welcome to the world beautiful Ziva! Mummy and Daddy adore you! Thanks for all the well wishes'
She also tweeted about the name choice, explaining that Ziva is a Persian word meaning radiance, brilliance, light, god and brightness.
Dhoni had missed the birth of his daughter for the Australia tour.
